well, thx for you information, but i would like to point out that building that beast would cost somewhere between 100 and 120 million, depending on your skills. i calculated 120 million material costs for myself, and i have no skills 
looking at that i am not far away from the 850 million you saw.
the obvious advantage of a bpc over the built ship is that you have no trouble transporting that thing to the place of your choice.
